Event Feature: Employee Appreciation Events

You know the old adage about getting more flies with honey? Well, it's true. Appreciate your employees, treat them well and reap the rewards of improved morale, a culture of teamwork, and motivated employees working toward a common goal.

We created an "Empire Boardwalk" themed event for an employee appreciation event. We chose the Landmark Theater for our venue and offered valet parking. As guests arrived they were greeted by a Flapper Living Table offering a specialty cocktail in a rocks glass imprinted with the client's logo (this became a take-away at the end of the evening). Live music wafted through the space while guests enjoyed casino gaming, a caricaturist, and a strolling illusionist.

The event had a vintage feel to it using a gray, taupe and buttercup color story that worked beautifully with the existing ambiance. We also incorporated antique props that the food stations were incorporated into.

The menu started with passed hors d'oeuvres: black jack deviled eggs, feta walnut date cigars, chicken with tabasco tomato confit and celery chips. The stations featured a ravioli bar, carved bourbon tenderloin of beef, a swanky raw bar, and martini mashed potato bar.

Guests were encouraged to dress to the theme, which added to the overall ambiance.
