A Renaissance Experience

We had the extreme pleasure of working with the Renaissance Nashville team for a Conference. Every interaction I had with the property's team was great.

We arrived at the property at 2:00a.m. to check-in and were greeted by a friendly reservation attendant and our car was valet parked. We were given access to the VIP Lounge where Tim and Heather took great care of us.

Our primary contact, Melissa C. was attentive to our needs, accommodating to our requests, and always accessible (prior to arriving on site and while we were on site). Each manager went out of their way to inquire if we needed anything and asked if we were satisfied with everything. This friendly and helpful attitude was consistent throughout the entire staff; room set-up staff, wait staff, banquet captains, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff...

We pushed them on layout of the space and a few other details and were never met with a 'no, we can't do that.' They even went so far as to let us know that we made them look good and thank you for pushing them.

If you ever have the need to do an event in Nashville think of the Renaissance first. The added benefit is that they are only 2 blocks away from the Honky Tonk bars (Tootsie's being my personal favorite).
